It's Shichigatsu Bon again. It's almost like I've been stuck here a year. I'm going to be an old man by the time I get out of here for good.

Clint Eastwood would have been... [he goes quiet for a moment and then he sighs]

Whatever. Anyone know where I can get a hold of some spare beds? The High School isn't overflowing with them.

[ooc: for those who don't know, Clint Eastwood was Ichigo's pet fish. it survived for some time but when people got crushed in Latimir, his bowl went with the rest of the floor :( Ichigo is still kinda bummed about that.]

[he grunts in annoyance before he begins down the street, still irritated- and it's obvious who his anger is directed at] Why do you guys always have to grab me when I'm in the middle of something? I've got shit to do at home, you know. Like that bullshit with Ulquiorra wasn't bad enough. At least that fight is over... [he trails off a little uncomfortably and clears his throat]

[a long pause while he thinks things over before he gives up] This isn't much of a welcoming committee. Anyone want to tell me what the hell's been going on since.. shit, December, wasn't it? What day is it? This time line crap is really messed up. I was only gone for a few days, wasn't I?

THIRTY FOUR [voice, japanese]

[he doesn't speak for a long time, but the sound of his footfalls going up a set of stairs are easy to make out]

[the silence stretches, even as he makes it to the second floor and heads down the hall. his breathing is audible, the device close to his face, which indicates he was going to make a post, but forgot to speak]

[finally he stops walking and takes a deep breath. when he finally does speak, he sounds emotionless] I'm home. Hope I didn't worry anyone.

[the door opens, presumably to his apartment, and there's more footsteps as he goes in. Zangetsu scrapes against the floor for a moment before coming to rest, and Ichigo continues down the hall]

[another door opens, and-]

........

[the device falls to the floor with a loud clatter, and Ichigo sounds entirely shocked, his voice extremely small]

Keigo?

[ooc: uh comment log with keigo coming up- he probably won't be replying to other people right now]

[more footsteps, and Ichigo grumbles a little more about the noise from earlier, but then he stops in his tracks]

[long pause, before Ichigo sounds surprised.. and a little angry]

What the hell are you doing here, idiot?!

[a rushing sound, presumably Ichigo running to whoever he sees]

You could have told me you were following us, you goddamn moron! You-

[his words are cut off, and there's silence for a few seconds before you can hear Ichigo choke]

w... wh...

[and it shuts off there]
